Terms and Conditions – The Pharma Pvt. 

1. General
   All medicine products supplied by The Pharma Pvt. are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Orders

• Orders must be placed in writing or through authorized representatives.

• The company reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

• Interest may be charged on overdue payments.

• Breakage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Medicines should be stored as per instructions.
  

• The company is not responsible for damage after delivery.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  

• All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction only.

• Expired goods return policy as per company rules.

3. Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made within the agreed credit period.

• Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

5. Delivery

• Delivery dates are approximate and may vary.

• The company is not responsible for delays due to transportation or other reasons.

6. Quality Assurance

• All medicines are manufactured and supplied as per government regulations.

• Products should be stored as per instructions on the label.

7. Return Policy

• Goods once sold will not be taken back unless damaged or expired.

• Returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

8. Expiry & Damage

• Expiry or damaged goods claims must include invoice details.

• Replacement will be provided after verification.

9. Liability

• the Pharma Pvt. is not responsible for misuse or improper storage of medicines.

10. Jurisdiction

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of kushinagar up courts.
